Tasting Note :
The aromatics of the 2004 “7” Cabernet exhibit remarkable complexity with hints of cocoa powder, exotic spice, tobacco, and cedar mingled with red raspberry and blackberry. On the palate, the excellent balance and seamlessly integrated oak add to the overall complexity of this mountain Cabernet. The subtle tannins are long and elegant and contribute to the lingering finish. This wine is extremely seductive now but it is destined for a long life and will age effortlessly for a decade or more.
