Vineyard "8" Chardonnay |
Tasting Note :
The 2005 “8” Chardonnay holds the firm acidity and fruit we continue to expect from our vineyards. Golden yellow in color with aromas of pineapple, vanilla and coconut. As with our previous vintage Chardonnay, this wine was completely barrel fermented in 50% new French oak. We allowed only a small malolactic fermentation to maintain the natural acidity, yet still add structure and balance.
